‘Dodgy’ Edition AYLIN Tee!

‘All You Love is Need’ Dodgy Edition
It’s been dawning on me this week just how much the mighty ‘Dodgy’ have influenced me, from my love of Cooper Black to the positive disposition of my cartoon characters.
I have been delighted to be making a ‘Limited Edition’ AYLIN Tee for the magnificent drummer Matthew Priest.
“Writing the words of a sermon that no one will hear” I love that Ringo contributed these words to ‘Eleanor Rigby’, it makes me conscious of just how pivotal the drummers role is within a band, personally, spiritually and every other way.

Clarks V’s Hobo ‘Grow a Brain’ version
Posted on November 13, 2010
Clarks teamed up with the Japanese Brand Hobo on the Classic Desert Trek to produce an awesome hybrid (Jimi Hendrix / native American style shoe) but at £200 a pop I thought, Ill have a go at that myself. Leather punch in hand and a few hours later (seven) I was pretty pleased with the results.
If anyone needs a raindance, I’m your man.
Total Cost: Shoes 10yrs old so good value, £35 at the time, Leather – Found (at work)

Scarecrow Halloween Costume ‘How to’
Posted on November 12, 2010
Original sketch for my Halloween Scarecrow costume, surprisingly accurate sketch, further proof that the mind manifests reality. Wanted a pumpkin top to the head but opted for the straw hat in the end.
Inspiration images for the Scarecrow costume: seriously scary ‘Dark Night of the Scarecrow’ screenshot and a stroke of genius from Will (www.coolest-homemade-costumes.com). Endless streams of the ‘Wizard of Oz’ scarecrow helped to get the feel. If I only had a brain!
